This is a lesson pack of 6 lessons that are 30-40 minutes long, designed to speed up our metabolism and help us lose weight quickly. We should exercise three times a week and after one month we will already be able to see results. This program should last three months because three months of consecutive workout is needed in order for our metabolism to fully transform and for all of our unwanted mass to melt. 

Equipment needed: For this program all you need is bottled water, fitness mat or a comfortable surface, loose / comfortable clothing and a high spirit!
